Upon submission of the forms and requirements, kindly pay the P30,000 reservation fee.
Cash and check payments are accepted at the Alsons Dev Sales Showroom at 2/F Poblacion Market Central, C. Bangoy Street, Davao City from Mondays to Fridays from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Check payments should be in the name of Alsons Development and Investment Corporation.

- For Filipinos who changed citizenship:
- Notarized Sworn Statement stating Filipino family roots and intention to reside in the Philippines
