Grill & Chill: Narra Park Residences’ First Community Get-Together

With more and more residents moving into their new homes, there is so much to celebrate in Narra Park Residences.

To officially welcome the community’s first batch of residents, a simple get-together was organized for the homeowners already residing in Narra Park Residences on November 24, 2018 at the Acacia Park.

Nurtura Land & Home’s Customer Service and Sales staff welcomed the guests

Dubbed as Grill and Chill, the community event gathered thirteen families for an afternoon of bonding over good music, delicious food, and fun games.

Three generations of the Sayagos attended the community’s very first get-together.

Also in attendance were the Vargases, one of Narra Park Residences’ first buyers.

A festive Christmas-themed set-up greeted the Esclania family.

Kids and their parents played around the spacious Acacia Park while waiting for the party to start.

Flashing a sweet smile, this cute girl tried out the play equipment at the park.

Alsons Dev Vice President and General Manager Eric de la Costa delivered the Opening Remarks. He mentioned that he was happy to welcome more and more residents to Narra Park Residences. He shared, “We took a walk around the project and saw blooming gardens, festive Christmas decors, and happy homeowners. In just months, we are very proud to see Narra Park Residences well on its way to becoming a vibrant community.”

Alsons Dev VP and GM Eric de la Costa extended his well wishes for the community and its residents.

The party was made more exciting with some competition through friendly games and exciting prizes. The classic newspaper dance literally kept parents and kids on their toes while the game “Bring Me with a Twist” made some homeowners rush back to their houses to get needed items like pairs of sunglasses and senior citizen IDs. Games like the “Stack Attack” and “Scoop It Up” encouraged residents to work together and get to know each other better. Indeed, fun games brought out the best in teams.

Teamwork was key in the parlor games.

After the games, the homeowners were able to relax and unwind during dinner, which was complemented by the soothing acoustic pop band, Four Strings.

A sumptuous buffet of barbecued meats were freshly grilled for the homeowners.

Residents enjoyed a night filled with good music and food in the company of their neighbors.

The closing remarks were given by Alsons Dev Sales Manager, Jessa Sisi, who excitedly shared that residents can look forward to a more exciting community activities and can soon enjoy great amenities like the Community Center, which features swimming pools, cabaña, a playground, and a park.

“We still have several more milestones to go for this community. Next year, we will be forging on with the construction of more homes and planned amenities. We also will also be turning over more units, and we look forward to having more residents move in,” she remarked.

Indeed the Chill and Grill event was a wonderful start for the homeowners of Narra Park Residences to build closer ties with neighbors and make meaningful memories with their family and newfound friends.
