Fill out the forms and prepare the Reservation Fee.

  • Call Slip
  • Buyer’s Information Sheet
  • Reservation Agreement Form
  • Pre-Qualification Form
  • One (1) government issued ID with specimen signature
  • TIN Verification Slip
  • For House & Lot, and if financing through HDMF:
    • Housing Loan Application
    • Health Statement
    • Authorization to Conduct Credit/Background Investigation

Upon submission of the forms, kindly pay the P30,000 reservation fee.

  • Cash and check payments are accepted at the Alsons Dev Head Office at 329 Bonifacio St., Davao City from Mondays to Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Check payments should be in the name of Alsons Development and Investment Corporation.
  • If paying via bank deposit, just fax a copy of the deposit slip to (63-82) 222-3281 or email a scanned copy to [email protected]

Choose your preferred payment term.

After submitting the required forms and paying the reservation fee, you have 30 days to settle your dues, the amount of which will depend on your preferred payment terms.

  • If availing of the cash term, the total contract price should be paid in full.
  • If availing of the Outright Down Payment offer, a down payment amounting to at least 25% of the total contract price is required.
  •  If availing of the H.O.M.E. Loan offer, a down payment amounting to at least 5% of the total contract price is required.
  • If availing of the Zero Down Payment or the Extended Down Payment offer, the first monthly amortization is required.

Buyers are also required to issue post-dated checks for the equity.

Submit these additional requirements.

If married:

  • Photocopy of spouse’s government issued ID with signature
  • Photocopy of marriage certificate

If married to a foreigner:

  • Photocopy of foreigner’s spouse’s government issued ID with signature
  • Notarized waiver to be executed by the foreign spouse stating that the purchase of the property comes from a Filipino buyer

If represented by an attorney-in-fact:

  • Original copy of the notarized Special Power of Attorney (SPA)
  • Photocopy of any valid government issued ID of the SPA with specimen signature

For Filipinos who changed citizenship:

  • Notarized Sworn Statement stating Filipino family roots and intention to reside in the Philippines

Option A: Home Ownership Made Easier (H.O.M.E.) Loan

    • Minimum 5% down payment
    • Balance payable in up to 10 years
    • 8-10% interest per annum

     

    • Available for house & lot units only (except for Blk. 2 units and all bundled units).
    • Move in once 50% of the total contract price has been paid.

For those who prefer a longer mortgage payment period, an HDMF/PAG-IBIG housing loan is best.

Option B: PAG-IBIG Financing

  • Loan up to P6M
  • Payable in up to 30 years
  • 5.5%-10% interest per annum
  • Move in once the down payment is paid and proceeds of the loan is received by Alsons Dev.

If you have good credit standing, you can get more flexible payment terms, interest rates, and loan amount with bank financing.

Option C: Bank Financing

  • Loan up to 90% of the total contract price
  • Payable in 5-20 years
  • 4.9%-8% interest per annum
  • Move in once down payment and proceeds of the loan is received by Alsons Dev.
